Good morning! Today's Sunnyside Up Moment comes from my personal need to relish the here and now and to let go of things out of my control.

I am often drawn to the writings of Thich Nhat Hanh which remind me, "Only the Present Moment Contains Life."

This is a lesson for me today and every day.
