DAY SIX OF THE CORONAVIRUS SHUTDOWN FOR US AT STACK 'EM HIGH PANCAKES AND SO FORTH

Good morning! Today's Sunnyside Up Moment comes from the first trip Nick and I took together to New Zealand. It was my first hiking trip abroad...okay, it was my first hiking trip ever. I was equal parts terrified and elated. This picture was taken on day two of a four day hike on the Banks Peninsula just as I was starting to cry. The rain had been relentless, the height frightened me and we had long way to go...and then we turned the corner. My breath returned and we were able to soak up the moment with its equal parts uncertainty and sublimity. We will turn a corner in this crisis too, but in the meantime let's sit in one place and soak up the rain.
